Rigid PCB, or Rigid PCB for short, is a component of the electronics industry, including mobile phones, computers, medical equipment and automobiles. A rigid printed circuit board is a rigid, non-flexible printed circuit board, which usually consists of one or more layers of copper foil and insulating material stacked on top of each other. According to the number of layers, rigid printed circuit boards can be divided into single panel, double panel and multi-layer board. The manufacturing process includes steps such as design, plate making, etching, drilling, gold plating, and testing. Each step requires precise control and advanced technology to ensure the performance and reliability of the board.
