A circuit board, known as a printed circuit board (PCB), is a core component of electronic products. The electronic components can be connected together by copper wires to form complex electronic circuits. In the manufacturing process, we first design the circuit diagram and then translate it into physical form, forming the copper wire on the insulating board through a series of chemical and mechanical processes. Our manufacturing process includes multilayer board fabrication, an advanced technology that creates multiple circuit layers on the same board, and also uses surface mount technology (SMT), a method of mounting tiny components directly onto the PCB surface. SMT allows us to fit more components into a limited space, increasing the performance and functionality of our devices.
